Below the question box you will see an Ask anonymously toggle. This is how you decide whether to ask privately or to create an account.

Toggle ON (anonymous): no account needed and no personal details are stored. Great if you just want a quick answer.
Toggle OFF (with an account): you will be asked to create an account or sign in. The question you already typed is saved for you, so you will not lose it.

Both options get you a real answer. The difference is mainly whether you want to keep a history of your questions.

Asking anonymously

Asking anonymously is the quickest way to get an answer. There is nothing to log in to, you just ask. When you do, Karabo gives you a private link to your answer.

Important: This private link is the only way back to your answer. Save it, bookmark it, or copy it right away. We do not send you an email, so if you lose the link, you will not be able to find your answer again.

After you submit, you can copy your link to keep it safe, or view your answer straight away. You are welcome to come back to that link any time to check on your answer.

Asking with an account

Creating an account is the easy way to keep track of everything you ask.

After you sign up, we send you an email with a link to verify your email address. Click that link to confirm it is really you.
Once your email is verified, log in to finish setting up your account. The question you typed is saved, so you will not lose it.
All of your questions live together under My Questions, so you can return to them whenever you like.
You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation, so Karabo remembers the context and you can keep the discussion going.

Tip: If the verification email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Getting your answer

Your answer may appear after a short moment. The page updates on its own, so there is no need to refresh, just give it a little time.

When the answer is ready, you might see one of these labels:

Karabo AI Answered means Karabo's AI put the answer together for you.
Karabo Answered means a real person reviewed the answer before you saw it.

Answers may also list the sources they are based on, so you can read more if you would like.

When your answer needs a closer look

Sometimes a question is important enough that a real person reviews the answer before it is shared with you. When that happens, your answer can take a little longer to appear, and that is perfectly normal.

There is nothing you need to do. Just keep your private link (or check My Questions if you have an account) and come back a little later. Your answer will be waiting for you there once it is ready.

Good to know

Save your anonymous link. It is the only way back to an anonymous answer.
Some answers take a little while, especially when they are being reviewed by a person. That is a good thing.
You can always ask a new question whenever you need to.
